Browsing our website does not require an account and does not ask for personal information. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share and use it only to respond to you.

Bookings

Tour bookings are processed by Bokun, our booking platform. When you book, your name, contact details, and payment information are collected and processed by Bokun under Bokun's privacy policy. We never see or store your full payment card details. We receive your booking details (name, contact information, party size) so we can run your tour, send confirmations, and share your tour photos afterward.

Cookies

Our analytics tools set cookies to distinguish repeat visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site works fine without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it. We share data only with the service providers named above, and only to deliver the services you requested.

Your rights
